Unable To Work Due To Bad Weather. The whipser number of major miss was right, with only 103K jobs added in March, after an upward revised 326K in March. However, virtually all of the miss was due to bad weather as 159K were "unable to work due to bad weather."
The Trump administration is unleashing additional sanctions against seven Russian oligarchs with ties to President Vladimir Putin along with 12 companies they own or control.

President Donald Trump on Thursday directed U.S. trade officials to identify tariffs on $100 billion more Chinese imports, upping the ante in an already high-stakes trade confrontation between the world's two largest economies.
